Home internet is down

I’m in Montreal and my home internet just stopped working. I have tried to reset the modem but it did not work. Tried to reach out to customer service representative but no one responded. Can anyone help please?

Check Hydro's website to see if there is an outage near you. You can also ask your neighbours if they have service with the company in yellow.

Is your provider for home internet Fizz?
