Activation issue - still cannot activated after 24 hours

Hi, I was trying to transfer my phone number from Fido to Fizz yesterday. I got the email saying my transfer has some technical difficulties. It has been 24 hours already and my number is still not activated and no service now. I got the text from the old carrier, and responded YES. I tried to contact Fizz online support, but no agent responded. Please help!

    For this problems you should contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.
