ACTIVATION NOT COMPLETELY

hi:

i have activated my sim card but it seemd still on pending for 2 days, and my previous provider still count me money and they need fizz to resubmit the request with the correct information(see attached photos). would you pls to figure out it?

    This is not normal, you should contact the support here we are users, https://fizz.ca/en/support , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.
