HELP Transferring to Fizz technical issue
Hi I received the email saying my transferring from Fido to Fizz have some technical difficulties. It is been several hours and I have no service. I filled the request online, got the text from old carrier, responded YES. Now I have not service from either FIDO or FIZZ. Tried contact support from Fizz online, no agent respond.
Please help.

Sorry to hear about the issue.
It appears that there is a delay in the transfer process to our provider, and our colleagues escalated a ticket for our technical team to check what happened.
Our team will contact you back via e-mail in the shortest time possible once they receive any feedback.
You can also track the ticket status via My settings - My tickets, to also have a view on its progress.
