Ordered a SIM but want to switch to eSim

Hi,

I ordered a SIM card on Nov 29 and I'm still waiting for delivery. I see that Fizz now offers eSims for new clients. Can I cancel my sim card order and switch to eSim?

    Usually the SIM is not refundable, try to contact the support

    Rember to use a referral code at the activation of the first plan, in order to get 50$ at your second payment.

    Check this

    Ordering and activating an eSIM is done at the same time, directly at Fizz.ca. You need a

    compatible phone and Internet access.

    Thanks but they said it's not cancelable. They haven't been able to give me an ETA for when the card will arrive, which is concerning as I'd like to take advantage of the good prices that are on right now.

    Looking at the Orders screen under my account doesn't give me any additional information. It just says the card will take 2-5 days to deliver, but there's no real update as to where the card is. Is there any way to tell?
