Lost my VoiceMail & Call minutes
Suddenly after my last monthly payment.
Receipt shows 'Voice Mail: Yes'. People calling me tell me there's no voice mail at my number anymore. They can't leave messages. Since other people noticed it, this isn't an issue in my cellphone.
The Fizz website shows my account's Minutes for Calls went to 0. But i did not use much of them after buying 300 minutes. Seems impossible that i would run out, getting down to exactly 0. And actually running out it would have interrupted whatever call i did last.
I think my last monthly payment changed my subscription plan in some way or reset something.

Following my verification, you had an Add on for 60min calls that was activated on 27/09 and expired on 27/11 and another one for 300min calls 15/10 and expired on 27/11. You have the possibility to either purchase a new Add on, or top up your wallet to use it as pay as you go, more details can be found here https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-is-my-wallet-and-how-do-i-use-it
