Hello,
I'm new here. I just signed up and activated my sim card. I am transfering my phone number from my old network. It says that I have to wait for my old network company to send me a text and then I have to answer "YES". It's been at least 5 hours and I still haven't received a text or an email from them. Is this normal? How long does it take? I can't switch to FIZZ until I get this text to confirm that I'm switching my number. Thanks for your help.

Following my verification, your transfer was confirmed and completed on 1st of December at 5:27pm, so in this case, you can now insert your new Fizz Sim and your services should be fully functional. Here are more details on testing the services https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-test-my-fizz-line
