Travel Add-On providing extremely unreliable coverage in Latin America

Hey,

I purchased the travel add-on to have data while traveling in South America, but it barely works in a few spots. I'd like to refund it is possible to put the money towards other alternatives.

Let me know how to go about this!

    We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered with your Travel Add on.

    After making the necessary verifications into our tools, we noticed that the Travel Add on is partially used.
    In case you are facing issues with your services, please try to turn off the phone, take out the SIM, reinsert it and then turn phone back on.
    This way it will reauthenticate to network.
    Also, turn Airplane mode On for a few seconds, then Off.
