Hi I canceled my Fizz plan 23 days ago but I still getting charges.What is going on and how can I get the refund?

You can contact the customer support to try to get a refund. Here's the steps to cancel your service. Once signed into your Fizz account, go under My plans > Manage my plan > Unsubscribe.
