Hello everyone, 

 
You know us, we have ideas coming out of our ears, and we love getting feedback from our members.  

This time, we’re looking for ten (10) participants to test the phone purchase experience at Fizz.ca. 
We’re talking about a 60-minute online session after which you receive a $50 Amazon gift card to 
thank you for your participation. 

  

Prerequisites: 

  1. You’re a Fizz mobile and/or Internet member. 
  2. Your plan has been active for at least six (6) months. 
  3. You have access (in a quiet area) to a computer equipped with a camera and microphone. 
  4. You’re available for 60 minutes during at least one of these time slots*: 

 

  • Monday, December 9, between 12 and 5 pm. 
  • Tuesday, December 10, between 10 am and 1:30 pm OR between 4 and 5 pm. 
  • Wednesday, December 11, between 9:30 am and 12 pm. 
  • Thursday, December 12, between 1 and 3 pm. 
  • Monday, December 16, between 9 am and 5 pm. 
  • Tuesday, December 17, between 12 and 5 pm. 
  • Wednesday, December 18, between 1 and 2:30 pm OR between 3 and 5 pm. 

*All dates and times are based on Eastern Time.
