It can be a temporary problem/works in your sector, but only the support can know this.

Sorry therefore, I will try to delete the cache and data of the app, you can also try to uninstall it.

The app is looking for the old modem. You need to connect the app to the new one. You can either suppress the old network from the app and add the new one, or take a short cut and simply reinstall the app
