Phone number transfer from fizz to fizz...

Hey all!

Long story short, my girlfriend's plan was under my account and now she wants to have her own things. Since we cannot transfer plans from an account to another, my girlfriend created herself an account and ordered a new SIM card with her new phone. During the activation steps when required to enter the phone number to transfer we get an error saying that the phone number cannot be transferred.

Any thoughts on how to get a phone number moved from a fizz SIM card under one account to a new SIM card under another account?
