    Hi @Lorcan_D

Perhaps you did not change the plan soon enough before the end of your billing cycle?

    “Good to know:

Keep in mind the freeze period during which your plan cannot be modified. Ideally, aim to submit your changes

when there are at least six (6) days left in your current payment cycle.

How can you know? Go in Your account > My plans. Look right under your monthly price and you will see the days remaining in your payment cycle. “

    Hello @Lorcan_D ,

We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered with your plan change.

After making the necessary verifications into our tools, we noticed that your request appears as cancelled from your side therefore this is why you were charged this amount.

This means that your old plan remained applied for your account.

You can verify this by accessing My plans- Manage plan and also by opening the transaction details from My Settings- Transaction History.

In case you still wish to modify it, please do it after your next payment cycle will start, from My plans- Manage plans- Change my plan and the changes will be applied the following month.

You can also reach our customer services if you need more details regarding the matter.

    For that, use this link:

    Your understanding is highly appreciated.

    Have a nice day.
