I am sorry to hear about the situation with the home internet connection.
I have verified your plan and I noticed that you have a 400Mbps connection.
Upon verifying the status of your modem using our tools, I was able to notice that for the past weeks, it seems like the modem is receiving most of the time signals under the right parameters, with a very low amount of variations.
If you have issues with the connection in games or work meetings I recommend that you be connected with the Ethernet cable directly to your device.
Since the Wi-Fi speed is divided between all of your devices the speed will be distributed between all of them and that can cause you weaker connection while gaming or in video call meetings or even complete cutoffs.
