No incoming calls and texts
Starting about 2 nights ago, my wife and I discovered that we weren't receiving any incoming calls and text messages. Outgoing calls, text messages, and data are working. When we switch to FIZZ EXT everything works.
Seems like this is affecting some people in London, Toronto, and Markham. (see also FizzMobile subreddit https://www.reddit.com/r/FizzMobile/comments/1gxauwb/text_wont_work/).
We both have support tickets opened but no response in the last 24 hours. Anybody else having the same issues here?

I apologize for the situation.
I have verified the status of the ticket and our technical team is working on providing us with an update for the situation.
I can assure you that they are working to resolve this in the shortest time possible.
Once they will provide us with an answer we will notify you via email with the response.
Since you are saying that when you are connected to the Fizz EXT network you can remain connected to it until we managed to find a solution to this.
