New to fizz and not getting 2FA from my bank. Getting 2fa from a different place fine just not my bank. Any ideas? Using iphone 12 ios 18.1

    not getting 2fa when you setup payment for fizz or when you are using apple pay?

    Hi @Rath_OK23X

    “2FA”is a term than includes a wide variety of processes including email, SMS messaging, app biometric authorizations etc. to authenticate a user logging into an account.

    Hi Rath, can you please clarify what are you trying to do exactly and what's the situation in which the 2FA is not working?

    Not getting 2fa when trying to log into my bank. Other than that, the phone works fine. the bank sends code but I'm not getting it.

    Like i said Not receiving Sms 2fa text from my bank and only my bank. I get all other texts IMessage, RCS and sms with no problems. Just not receiving them from my bank. There not on my blocked list. Phone is up to date. Worked fine with pc mobile just stopped whin I switched to Fizz.

    Connect you phone with Wifi if you receive or disconnect if connected to use mobile data ?

    The same or not ?

    Thank you letting us know about this situation.

    I want to inform you that some issues related to 2FA messages can be solved by sending a text message with START/RETSTART to the short code. You can also send INFO/HELP by SMS to the short code to receive more information.

    If you don't know the short code, you will need to contact your banking institution to complete this process.
