Yes it will work with your phone. To keep your number you have to buy plan on fizz and follow the instructions. It will ask you if you want to keep your number. Dont forget to use a referral code if you want a 35$ off on your 2nd month.

Don’t cancel you old plan before you make the switch, lest your existing phone number be lost.

The iPhone 12 is on the approved list (I have an iPhone 12 mini) and is works just fine.

The Fizz website is currently under maintenance. When it is back up, check the FAQs, there is a specific one on how to activate and keep your current number.

Thank you for the interest in our services.
As the users already informed you, you can use your new phone at Fizz as it is current on our compatible list ( https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices ).
Regarding the number transfer, in the activation process of the Fizz plan, you will need to select the option "Transfer a number to Fizz".
Then, you can add the necessary details for transferring your phone number to us.
Please keep your line active with the current provider in order for the transfer to work.
Once the request will be done from the Fizz account, you will receive a text on the SIM card from the other provider to confirm the transfer with "YES".
After that, you can insert the SIM card from Fizz in your phone. In case everything will work properly the activation will be done in 2 hours.
