No network connection in building
I don't get any network connection within my apartment building in North york as well as in office downtown. no calls coming in. how to get this sorted ? will Fizz install more towers?
anyone else got this sorted?

how old is your phone? on an iphone 7 i can only get fizz ext in my building in north york but when i switched to iphone 16, i can connect to fizz fine. part of it is the phones antenna. keep your network selection on automatic and it should switch to fizz ext when you get poor signal with fizz.
