Hello,

I received the attached email on 29 Aug, advertising 2 months of free internet. On 11 Oct I signed up for it, and it was installed on 15 Oct. I activated the first free month no problem, but when I went in earlier today to check if it was time to activate the second free month, the reward had expired.

I reached out to Fizz support over Facebook and was told that to receive 2x free months, I needed to 'create my account' (which I interpreted as initiate the internet service) between May and July.

If this were true, and it only applied up until July, why am I receiving promotional emails for this offer at the end of August?

    Following my verification, indeed some users received 2 perks of a free month of internet, so in your case, since it expired, please contact us directly so we can process a refund of 1 month of internet for you:

    Also, please access 'My Benefizz -> My rewards -> My upgrades' and you'll see for both mobile and internet a couple of empty slots where you can add free rewards that are added to your plan for free, monthly. For the mobile you have 2 x 250Mb and 1 x 500Mb (you can only choose 2 as you have 2 empty slots) and for internet you have a discount of $1 and another one of $1; both can be added which leads to a $3 discount off your internet plan price, every month.

    Response times are generally in hours and you are unlikely to reach a satisfactory answer with this kind of issue.

    You should try it before escalating the issue with a complaint but I'm skeptical that the deal will be honoured but it's worth a shot.
