Even after power on and off, for many minutes, the wifi signal is no longer there. Actually my main issue is how or where to get support other then in a blog?

    Hello Chopchop
    Thank you for your post.

After making the necessary verifications into our tools, we were able to see that your modem is online and signals are optimal.

There are still issues with your internet connection? You can verify the coaxial cable to be well screwed and not damaged in any way.

Also, please restart the modem by unplugging it from the electrical socket for at least 10 seconds, then wait for a few minutes until modem will be back online.

Is the wi-fi network name visible into your device list? In case it is not, please verify if instead, you will find the one written on the back side of the modem ( white label).

Due to the power issue, it is possible that your modem made a reset and if this is the case, you will need to reconfigure it.
To do that, you can use the details from here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-install-my-wi-fi-modem
In case you are encountering any issues, you can contact our customer service agents.

Since our company is 100% digital, there is no number to call therefore you can use this link: https://fizz.ca/en/support to reach an agent and you will be properly assisted.
    Have a wonderful day.
