Credit Card being declined for mobile plan but works for Internet

Hi everyone, I would like to switch my phone provider to fizz to match their internet that I have been using for several months. I bought a SIM card and can get through the online process to set it up but my credit card keeps getting denied although I've been using it to pay for internet already. (I've called my credit card company and there is no issue with the card.) Is there a number I can call to help troubleshoot what the issue is? Are there any other options for me or should I just get another provider? Thanks everyone!

    probably it was a temporary problem from the fizz website

    I don't think there is a number you can call to troubleshoot but you can contact support through chat by clicking that green bubble on the bottom right of the page.

    Trying to complete SIM activation with that payment seems a bit buggy sometimes, it happened to me when I first set it up, and I saw it happen ti a family member. In both cases we tried again later and it worked fine. I suggest trying again later today, if it still doesn't work contact Fizz by going to the Help page and starting a chat with the green bubble on the right.

    This might also be a browser issue, make sure you're not blocking scripts or something like that, online CC payments often use them.

    I’ve had issues with many different cards, and then next time I tried it worked no problem, it had something to do the 2fa for the payment, wouldn’t load it so it would throw an error
