Voicemail issues (iOS 18)

I only seem to be able to get visual voicemails when I route a call to live voicemail in real time, I otherwise have to call my mailbox. Anybody experience this?

It also says “To retrieve a voicemail first set a password and greeting” in the voicemail section but it won’t let me type a password. Is there a way to make that go away? Thanks!! ⚡️

    Have you tried accessing it by dialing '1' and it still won't ask for the PIN? Please access your Fizz account -> My plans -> Manage my plan -> Advanced parameters -> PIN to access voicemail, then follow the on-screen instructions.
