There is the FIZZ Visual Voicemail app I'm on android found it in the play store.

my phone is a basic phone with no option for apps (its a Kyocera e4610) it was working well until last week but somehow it stopped working0

To manually access your voicemail, dial 1-514-647-0999.0 -
your phone is not certified Volte with Fizz. It s work probably in 3g. 3g end support end 2025.

Sorry to hear about the issue.
Please try to check if you can access the voicemail manually by dialing 1-514-647-0999 either from your phone or a non-Fizz phone.
I also advise you to reset your phone`s network settings ( on a quick google search I found out that this is how you reset the network settings for your phone : Settings icon > scroll to and select System > select Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth > RESET SETTINGS > select RESET SETTINGS again to confirm ) and if you still have issues, please reach our customer service for further investigations.
