I'm trying to add a third line to my account, however, when I enter the code to activate my SIM card it says it's taken. How soon can I get my code released for use?

if the card was used in an other plan, you can reused when the plan will be unsupported
If the sim was not associated with a previous plan, and for some reason you try to activate it before, the card is locked for 2 hours
