    I am sorry to hear about this situation.
    Upon verifying the status of your modem using our tools, I was able to notice that for the past weeks, it seems like the modem is receiving most of the time signals under the right parameters, with a very low amount of variations.
    Do those interruptions happen on both Wi-Fi and wired connection?
    Please take a look at the coaxial cable to see if it is screwed into the modem properly and if the cable is not damaged in any way. Also, try to connect the modem to a different electrical outlet without using an extension cord.
