I have an activated Fizz plan. Now I would like to move my old number to Fizz WITHOUT losing my plan

I'm assuming I'd have to buy another SIM so that I can transfer during the activation process. That's fine. What I want to know is since I don't want to setup a new plan, can I keep the plan and transfer it to another Fizz SIM? I have a beta user pricing currently locked in.

You cant swap number on a plan, I sudgest you wait for the november 8 there will be deals so you could create a new plan and port your number!

As you were already informed by the other users and also by the customer service agents, for the moment, at Fizz,  it is not allowed to transfer your number on an existing line. 
You will need a new SIM in order to activate a new plan in order to transfer your line from the other provider.

Regarding your price, please know that you can only activate with a plan available on the website therefore if the offer you are using on your other plan is no longer offered, you will not be able to obtain it. 
Our prices are changing constantly therefore you can always switch it if you will find a better deal. 
To do that, you can access My plans- Manage plan- Change my plan and the changes will apply at the starting of your next payment cycle.
