Why does my internet connection keep dropping out?
Hello,
For the past several weeks my internet connection has been unstable: it works for a while and then drops and I get a "not connected to the internet" message. This happens over and over.
I have restarted my computer and the router several times to try and fix the problem, but this is an ongoing issue. Could you please check what's going on and resolve this issue for me?

Sorry to hear about the issue.
I verified your modem`s signals and it appears that everything is alright there.
The first step in resolving any difficulties is to perform a network diagnostic at home. If you have not yet finished the 2-minute network scan, please proceed as follows:
To begin troubleshooting, take these steps:
Place yourself near to your modem.
Open the Fizz Wi-Fi app in Overview and press the three dots in the upper right corner to access the application menu.
Select More
Select "Fizz support"
►Tap "Tools and support"
Follow the instructions and grant all permissions until you reach the feature page, at which point you should click on Network Scan.
Allow the 2-minute scan to complete (do not dismiss the program or try to see messages or notifications during this time) and check what the results have to say and also reach our customer service for further investigations.
