Following my verification, in the past couple of days the signals of your modem weren't in optimal parameters and now your modem appears offline. Could you please make sure that the cables don’t show any sign of damage? Also, please restart your modem by unplugging its power cable, allow it 10 more seconds, then plug it back in a different electrical outlet if possible, not a bar or an extender. Make sure that the coaxial cable is tightly screwed in at both ends.
