Please note that the network card on TV is not capable to handle the fast speeds. Please try to test by using a laptop/desktop. If your speed is still slow after you test it on laptop/desktop, please reach out to support.

Old Ethernet card is 10/100. New is 1000 and more.

Modem is online, signals are optimal and the provisioned speed is the correct one.
As the customer service agent already suggested on your Live Chat conversation, please try to do a new speed test using an ethernet cable.
