My internet is going way below the promised.

My internet speed in $ is 400mb, when i test give only 100mb.

My TV is connected with cat8 cable direct to TV.

Please, do not tell me to restart the FIZZ MODEM.

    Please note that the network card on TV is not capable to handle the fast speeds. Please try to test by using a laptop/desktop. If your speed is still slow after you test it on laptop/desktop, please reach out to support.

    Old Ethernet card is 10/100. New is 1000 and more.
