I just ordered a SIM card, put in Visa etc. But I do have a order# or confirmation. Is it okay?

Not much explanatory info on this site. I think I ordered a SIM card, followed all the instructions by at the end nothing happened, no print out, no order #, no confirmation, nothing. Is the order complete or not? Will the SIM card come with any documentation such as how to put money in the account. Not a good start.

    You might also want to check in your email spam folder for an email.

    After making the necessary verifications into our tools we noticed that the SIM order was not made. 
    You reached the customer service agents and they suggested you to reach your bank in order to approve the payment however there was no update from your side since then.

    For security reasons, we are using the 3DS2 protocols therefore this is why when making the request from the Fizz account, you are asked to confirm with your bank.

    3D Secure is an authentication protocol with which will prompt you with an additional verification step during checkout to reduce fraud such as entering a code sent to your phone or signing into your banking app with a fingerprint or **** recognition.
