Fizz chat support handles a high volume of queries and might not have found enough customer support staff to handle the influx of customers from their Westward expansion into Canada.
I haven't had any issues so I can't comment on the wait time but users on the forum report waiting for several hours before being connected to customer support. I believe you have to keep the window open to be able to receive a reply.
If you are looking for a quicker response that don't require technical diagnosis you can ask Fizz on messenger.
If you're looking to diagnose something like slow internet speed you're going to have to set aside several hours for customer support.

They are there. It just takes longer to get a response from them.

Hi, sometimes it's a problem with the internet browser sometimes they are very busy. You have to be patient, it's just online.
Try InPrivate Mod for Ms Edge or Private mod with Firefox and Chrome.
I write at night and I always respond quickly.
