"Activate pending"
I have installed the internet on last friday (10/4) , the configuration is ok,but I can't use the internet at all,then I contact the services,they opened a ticket for this issue . Three days left , nothing changed .The status is still active pending in the overview settings ,Feeling bad about this service experience.

Have you activate your Internet ? Good Credit card ?
If you have multiple accounts, check the other accounts. If nothing works, send a message to FIzz again.

Try to activate it from your Fizz account.

Following my verification, our technical team is still working on the ticket, however rest assured as they are trying their best to sort this out as soon as possible. You can track your ticket's progress by accessing your Fizz account -> My settings -> My tickets.
