Anyone else having issues with Airplay or with being logged out?

A couple of problems with Fizz TV: From both my girlfriend's iphone and ipad, if airplay is launched from the app itself it will display a blocky looking menu on the TV with device input turned off, so there is no way to navigate the on-screen options to start playing something. (We use a media PC on the TV normally, and it is a Roku TV so either a web-based player or a Roku app could fix this I guess).
The more nagging problem is the constant logging out - on my girlfriend's apple devices and on my Samsung phones at least once a day when I go to open the TV app it opens in guest mode and I have to log back in. Is there any way to NOT be logged out and have it remembered?

We are sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the TV plan from Fizz.Please make sure that you are having the latest application version on your devices.
For that, you can reinstall the TV application on all of them and then test the services.
