Activation Pending after 72 hours
A ticket is open but no one is doing anything about it… on support they says things like reboot the phone, update it…

Following my verification, our technical team is still investigating the issue with the highest priority and once they have a resolution, you will be contacted via email. Delays may occur sometimes due do a higher number of requests than usual and also the complexity of the issue.
You have the option to verify the progress of your ticket directly from your Fizz account -> My settings -> My tickets.

Sorry to say that but the support probably gave you the wrong information, if the activation is pending and you don't have the service, the problem is in their end.
