carrier setting update

My Fizz account has just been activated but I have not received the carrier setting update. I have an iPhone 11 and followed Fizz's instructions on their help page but still nothing. My phone is showing SOS at the top and in the about settings is showing No network available.

Following my verification, there is no active plan on your account. In order to add a mobile plan, please access your Fizz account -> My plans -> Add a mobile plan, then follow the on screen instructions.

It might take 30 minutes to an hour before it work but if it doesnt you can folloe the instructions in the video bellow.
