I found there are one payment is not matched with my two plans. It’s bigger amount than I ever payed for my plans. I sent emails to fizz but you know they ask me come here to look for answers. How can I know this payment is for which address? Is it possible fizz can send me the payment receipt on which I can find the details about the payment?

    you should be able to check in your account the amount they withdrew under the plan then transaction. But i think if you are being over charged, then you need to contact support and have them figure it out.

    In your Fizz account, you have the history of all transactions.

    You can see the transactions to us, by accessing My Settings- Transaction History and there, you can compare the bank statements details as well.
