Normaly it should take 3 to 5 days to receive it. I suggest you contact support.

We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered.After verifying your Fizz account, we noticed that, indeed, the SIM order appears as cancelled even though the charge was taken however you were already able to discuss with the customer service agents and they ordered you a free SIM card.
The delivery should take from 2 to 5 business days as stated here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/when-will-my-fizz-package-be-delivered
