Sorry to hear about the issue.
I verified your modem`s signals and I saw that there are some signals out of normal readings.
First I would like to advise you to check your modem`s cables ( coaxial and power cable ) for any potential damage , and also test the modem in another power outlet to confirm if it`s not a power related issue as more details can be found here also : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-wi-fi-network-not-working-its-slow-or-it-cuts-what-do-i-do
