I tried to transfer my number from Koodo to Fizz, but the transfer failed because I entered the wrong account number. I then found my IMEI and entered the 15-digit IMEI, but it’s been over two hours, and I still haven’t received the transfer SMS. On my third attempt to resubmit, it kept saying, "Retry is not available." Fizz has already charged me for a month’s service. How can I resolve this issue?
