Is it one of the newer modems that they sent out for beta testing?

If it's the older modems that's way too much for a replacement…

Your best chance at getting the replacement fee waived would most likely have to be submitting a complaint through your account.

(Assuming the modem died outside of your control)

    Hello @mark D. #13489 ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I am here to inform you that if the technician verifies the situation on site and concludes that there was no involvement of you or a 3rd party, or if the issue is not caused by a modification made to the initial installation, you will not be charged for the appointment.

I can see that you were in contact with our customer service representatives and you should receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment as soon as it is scheduled.

I would also suggest confirming your email address as soon as possible, as you recently changed it. This way access to your Fizz account will not be restricted.

Feel free to contact us privately if you need more information.

    Have a good one!
