We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered with the payment.As you were already informed on the Live Chat by the customer agents, the double charge was taken due to a system issue therefore the extra payment was refunded already.
You can verify this by accessing My Settings- Transaction History from your Fizz account.
For the bank account, it will take a few business days until the transaction will be processed.Here are more details regarding the subject:
