    Hello @fizzuser537 ,
    We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered with the payment.

    As you were already informed on the Live Chat by the customer agents, the double charge was taken due to a system issue therefore the extra payment was refunded already.

    You can verify this by accessing My Settings- Transaction History from your Fizz account.
    For the bank account, it will take a few business days until the transaction will be processed.
