You need to contact the support team to open a ticket in your name for a refund.

From what I verified on your account the system already refunded the double-charge as we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
You can check for the refund in My settings - Transaction history ,in your Fizz account as shown here : Where can I see my Fizz transactions and orders | FizzThank you for your understanding.
