Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a new fizz card around 3 weeks ago, activated online , chose a number and managed a plan. However, there is no signal on my cell phone. I tried other cards from other companies, there are signals. So could you help me solve this problem. Thx very much.

Hi, Do you see fizz on your phone in the top and bar number for signals?

Did you try Fizz SIM on a different phone?
Please also make sure your phone is compatible with Fizz:
