iOS 18 iMessage Activation fails

I upgraded to iOS 18 and can no longer activate iMessage for my phone number. People who use to contact me via iMessage are now sending texts.

When will this be solved?

    Hi @Simon P. 135

    Did you try to disable and re-enable iMessage, do this using a wifi connection

    Aslo restart your phone can be a solution

    You can always contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

    you probably need to contact apple as imessage is from them

    Try to go here and see if you have any luck: Settings > Apps > Messages > RCS Messaging.

    Restarting your phone, reinserting SIM, etc. may help too.

    If all else fails you will have to contact support and they should be able resolve the issue.
