Hello, yesterday I moved into my new place and selected self instalment. My internet worked perfectly until midnight when the internet light went out and has not come back since.
I have restarted the modem, replugged all the wires and reset it and the problem still persists.
I have been without internet for almost 12 hours now.

I am sorry to hear about the situation.
I have verified the situation from my side, and I was able to see that the modem is offline at the moment. Please take a look at the coaxial cable to see if it is screwed into the modem properly and if the cable is not damaged in any way. Also, try to connect the modem to a different electrical outlet without using an extension cord.
