Can't send MMS messages all of a sudden

Fizz claims that their service is not down so I was going to chalk this up to system maintenance. Since they say they are working fine, I need to know why I can't send MMS messages. I'm typically an iPhone user but recently got an Android, it's a Motorola and everything has been fine until today. I turned RCS messaging off, restarted my phone several times, switched networks, took the SIM out, put it back, triple-checked my APN settings, had the settings notification resent to my phone, restarted the device AGAIN, turned Wifi off then back on, switched from LTE to 3G, cleared caches, freed up storage and attempted to contact support but they have not responded. Is this a problem that is going to go away once they fix whatever issues they're having or do I need to switch my carrier? This needs to be solved for me as soon as possible because I need to be able to send photos quickly via text for work and I am not willing to sign up for/migrate myself and my colleagues to a new messaging app when I pay for a service that should allow me to use the native app on my phone.

Hello dontbefckngdumb,
Thank you for reaching out.
We are sorry to hear about this situation and assure you that our customer service will be there if the issue persists. We did experience a lot of contacts, so the waiting time was longer, however, we are trying to get back to all of you as soon as possible.
I can see that a customer service representative was connected with you Monday, however, we got no reply since. If the issue persists, please reply with all the manipulations you went through, and let us know if you receive any error messages.
Have a good one!
