Hello,
Does anyone have issue for data roaming? I don’t know why I don’t have data suddenly but my account shows that I still have 38G left

Try to reboot the phone or activate the airplane mode for 30 seconds to see if this helps.

Fizz seemed to have issues yesterday after maintenance. Try again today and see if things are working ok. If not, contact support.

My Phone works off of Wi Fi most places I go, including home.
If I have US coverage as well as part of my package I should not be affected.
If you see this as a problem, I will have to start looking for another provider as if in Ottawa right next to Quebec there should not be a problem, I stay mostly in Eastern Ontario but have gone to Southern Ontario. If this is a problem, I will have to also look for another provider.0 -
