Need data - but my account is not accepting the gift attempts

I asked earlier if anyone could spare some extra data as I have run out- referral code C5119- when someone tries to gift data it cannot go through stating the user does not have a plan with data- but I do have a plan with data and I have been texting a Fizz agent who checked my account and said i should be able to receive data- any suggestions as to what is happening?

You should technically receive it if you have data in your plan!
