Why am I not able to receive calls.l?

For the past day or two anyone calling me or goes straight to voice mail. I can make outgoing calls, but cannot recieved any incoming.

Before that (2+ days ago) anyone calling me would not get a ring tone on their end. It rang for me normally, but the caller didn't hear the ring on their end.

Anyone else have this problem?

    Try closing the phone and opening it again. Check the reception signal. How many bars do you have?

    What is the model of you phone ?

    likely is a bad or poor connection. check to make sure volte is toggled on if you have this option.

    Could you please try to switch your phone to airplane mode for a couple seconds, then switch it back to normal? After that restart your phone and reinsert your Sim.
