Is anyone else’s internet down or intermittent ?
My internet’s been up and down today, is anyone else experiencing the same? Tried rebooting but that hasn’t solved the issue.
My Fizz modem will randomly reboot once or twice a day. I’m noticing this happening more this past year with Fizz but support isn’t seeing these random reboots on end. Anyone else have this problem and were able to resolve it?

Following my verification, the signals of your modem are not in optimal parameters. Could you please verify if the cables show any sign of damage?
Since you've already restarted the modem and the issue persists, please try to factory reset it and test out the services after. This can be done by locating the reset button, which is situated on the back side of the modem just above the Ethernet ports. Using a small, sharp object, such as a pin or paperclip, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds, until all of the LEDs on the modem turn off.
It's important to keep in mind that resetting the modem to its factory settings will erase any modifications that have been made to your Wi-Fi modem settings thus far. As a result, you may need to reconfigure your devices' Wi-Fi settings, including the network name and password. Hi, if the modem is plugged into a power strip, plug it into the wall and see if it's better.
